Noah Bartelt
Legislative Advocacy Intern
Noah is ACLU California Action’s intern this summer.
He is most proud of his work in his hometown in Wisconsin, where he organized around many local issues, authored a published equity report, and co-founded the first Pride celebration. He has also worked in policy research, both academically and for the Wisconsin Policy Forum, as well as in campaigns, working for Senator Tammy Baldwin and Representative Josh Harder. He is currently a student at Stanford, where he is completing is bachelor’s and master’s in public policy. After completing his education next year, he hopes to work in state-level policy, unapologetically working towards liberation for all. In his free time, Noah is an avid musician and theatremaker.
