Making a plan to vote is easy.

Confirm you are registered and make sure it reflects your current mailing address and language preferences.

Take a look at ACLU’s voting guide and learn about what is on the ballot.

If you are registered to “vote by mail” you can:
- Fill your ballot out at home and mail in your ballot by Election Day. Be sure to date and sign your ballot. All ballots returned by mail must be postmarked on or before Election Day and be received by the election’s official no later than 7 days after the election, OR:
  - Fill out your ballot and drop your ballot off 24 hours a day until Tuesday, November 5 at 8 p.m. at these locations.

  - You can fill out and turn in your ballot at your local polling location on election day between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.

For early voting:
- Voting Centers are open Saturday, October 26 – Friday, November 1, 8a.m.-5p.m.
- Starting Saturday, November 2 – November 4, all 200 early voting centers plus the Registrar of Voters office will be open for early voting from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- On Tuesday, Election Day, they are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Here is a list of all locations.
